The results I seem to be getting don’t satisfy me completely.
Yes, I’m loosing weight (mainly water weight at this point), but not at the pace I want. It’s December and I need to look GOOD by February.
So this is a bit of an extreme modified version:
Eat as little as possible.
Take all needed vitamins everyday.
Drink a lot of water.
When hungry eat some low fat protein, fish, veggies as well as oat bran in the morning with some light yogurt.
Don’t eat after 20 (I know it’s late, and some people don’t eat by 18, but I go to bed at 2-3 am).
That being said, I need to change my sleeping pattern. Sleep= beauty, youth, better functioning. So, be in bed by 12.30
